Washizu Terumi sensei
was one of the main assistants Uchi Deishi of Minoru Mochizuki Sensei
for nearly 40 years. He specialized
in the style of sutemi which was taught at the
Yoseikan Hombu Dojo
(Gyokushin Ryu), and
he obtained by Minoru
Mochizuki Sensei degree
Hanshi and menkyo
Kaiden. Today is one
of the last direct students of
Minoru Mochizuki Sensei
to maintain a teaching imprinted on tradition and to perpetuate the original design of Minoru Mochizuki
Meijin. He founded
the dojo Gyokushin Ryu, who is based at the
original and prestigious dojo
once called Yoseikan,
in Shizuoka.
Washizu Terumi Sensei
is now graduated Kaiso
and Menkyo Kaiden
of Gyokushin Ryu,
7th dan Aikido
Yoseikan, 7th dan
Yoseikan JuJutsu, 3rd dan Iai Katori
Shinto Ryu, 3rd
dan Judo.
