Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), A.S.D. Taki no Kan, based in Via U. Maddalena 43b – 37138 Verona (VR), Italy – Tax ID and VAT no. GRNRRT74E30H501U, as Data Controller, provides the following information regarding the collection and processing of your personal data.
Categories of Personal Data Processed and Purposes
The following categories of personal data are processed in connection with the activities described below:
- Navigation data – as detailed in the cookie policy
- Identification data – name and surname
- Contact data – email address
- Participation preferences – such as dates of attendance and any dietary preferences
The data provided voluntarily through the registration form and/or by email will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and with full respect for your privacy and rights.
The provision of data is optional but necessary in order to register for the Budospring event.
Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data is based on the following legal bases:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures related to the participant’s registration and involvement in the event
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent, where required (e.g., for optional services or communications)
- Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR – explicit consent, when processing special categories of data (e.g., dietary preferences only if they may indirectly reveal health or religious information)
Methods of Processing
Data will be processed using both electronic and paper tools, in accordance with current regulations and with appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Source of Data
All data (name, surname, email address, participation days, and preferences) are entered directly by the data subject through the online registration form.
Data Retention
Personal data will be retained until the end of the event, and subsequently deleted within one business day.
Data Sharing and Transfers
Personal data is processed by authorized personnel and, where necessary, by third parties acting as Data Processors(pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR) on behalf of the Controller.
The registration form is managed through Tally.so, a service provided by Tally B.V., which may process data on servers located outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in compliance with the GDPR.
Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation:
- Right of access to your personal data
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing, where applicable
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time
- Right to data portability (to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format)
